Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the end user (“User” or “You”) and Grim Empire (“Reseller,” “Company,” “We,” or “Us”). We act as an independent digital reseller and distributor of access keys. By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any digital key, loader, or service provided through our store, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

If You do not agree, You must not access or use the Services.

1. Definitions

• 1.1 “Services” include all digital keys, software loaders, downloadable tools, documentation, and website content provided or resold by Grim Empire.
• 1.2 “Software” means any executable file, loader, configuration, key validation system, or digital product distributed through our store.
• 1.3 “User Content” includes any communication sent through Discord, email, or other platforms managed by Grim Empire.
• 1.4 “Prohibited Party” refers to any individual or entity barred from accessing the Services under Section 4.

2. License Grant

2.1 Grim Empire provides a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for personal lawful purposes, acquired through authorized distribution.

2.2 This license is not a sale of any intellectual property rights. All trademarks, game titles, and assets belong to their respective copyright holders (including Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, and other publishers). We make no claims of ownership over third-party intellectual property.

2.3 Grim Empire or underlying software creators may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.

3. No Warranty of Functionality

3.1 The Software is provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

3.2 We do not guarantee compatibility, continued operability, or availability of any feature, especially following game updates, anti-cheat updates, or operating system changes.

3.3 Grim Empire is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, penalties, or enforcement actions by any third-party platform, publisher, or anti-cheat provider.

4. Eligibility & Prohibited Parties

The following individuals and entities are strictly prohibited from accessing, purchasing, or using the Services:

4.1 Geographic Restrictions

Users domiciled in Sweden or accessing the Services from Swedish IP addresses are not permitted to use or purchase the Services.

4.2 Game Publishers & Affiliates

Any employee, contractor, affiliate, consultant, representative, or agent of video game publishers or developers (including Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Activision, Epic Games, Valve, or similar studios).

4.3 Anti-Cheat & Legal Representatives

Individuals or entities employed by, contracting with, or affiliated with any anti-cheat provider, legal enforcement agency, trade association (such as the ESA or MarkScan), or brand protection agency.

4.4 Agreement on Eligibility

By using the Services, You represent and warrant that You are not a Prohibited Party. Violation of this section results in immediate termination without refund.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 You acknowledge that Grim Empire does not condone violations of game Terms of Service or unauthorized commercial use.

5.2 You assume all responsibility for the use of the Software and any consequences thereof.

5.3 You may not modify, reverse engineer, circumvent security measures, share, resell, or distribute keys unlawfully.

6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) / Notice & Takedown Policy

6.1 Grim Empire respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content or product listing on our website infringes upon your copyright, please contact our designated agent immediately with a formal notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL or location on our website where the material is located.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner.

6.2 Upon receipt of a valid notice complying with safe harbor guidelines, Grim Empire will expeditiously remove or disable access to the flagged material.

7. Payment, Keys, and Sales Policy

7.1 Our third-party payment processors handle payment information securely.

7.2 Digital keys are considered consumed upon delivery.

7.3 Sales and Refund Policy: Because our store products involve instant digital key delivery and software access codes, all sales are final once delivered. Refunds are not eligible if it has been more than 24 hours since your purchase timestamp. If a product fails to launch, contact support immediately so our team can investigate.

7.4 Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes result in key invalidation and account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grim Empire shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of accounts, or legal claims arising from third-party Terms of Service violations.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. All disputes shall be handled directly through customer support or binding resolution where required.

10. Amendments

Grim Empire reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
