How do I install and launch?
Download your loader from the install guide in our Discord, run it as administrator, enter your key and follow the quick setup. If a step fails, open a ticket and tell us which one.
The menu will not open or is not clickable
Run the loader as administrator, close other overlays, restart your PC and make sure you picked the correct overlay app from the guide. Still stuck? Send us a screenshot in a ticket.
What platform are the products for?
Windows PC unless the product page says otherwise. Check the page for supported Windows versions and setup notes before you buy.
When will I receive my key?
Keys are emailed to your checkout address as soon as payment is confirmed. Most orders arrive within seconds.
I did not receive my key email
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, open a ticket with your order number and we will resend it.
When does my time start?
Your time starts counting down once you enter the key in the loader from the Division website, not when you buy it.
Are plans lifetime or timed?
It depends on the product. Each page lists the plans available, such as 3 day, 7 day, 30 day or lifetime.
Hardware mismatch error
Your key is locked to one PC. If you changed hardware or reinstalled Windows, open a ticket and ask for an HWID reset.
Validation key error, failed to fetch or timeout
Turn off any VPN, allow the loader through your firewall and antivirus, then try again. If it keeps happening, send us a screenshot of the error.
Low FPS on a laptop
Plug in, set Windows to high performance, close background apps and make sure the game runs on the dedicated GPU. Tell us your hardware in a ticket if it stays low.
What payment methods do you accept?
Shop Pay, major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and crypto such as USDC. What you see at checkout depends on your region.
Are crypto payments instant?
Crypto orders are fulfilled once the gateway confirms the transaction. Most confirm quickly, but network congestion can add a short delay.
How do I get a discount?

Am I eligible for a refund?
Refunds are reviewed one by one. You may qualify if the key never arrived, is invalid, was a duplicate charge or the listing was wrong. A key that was already redeemed, a change of mind, or a request after 24 hours is not eligible. Report any order problem within 48 hours and contact us before filing a chargeback.
Should I use it on my main account?
We advise an alternate account you are prepared to lose. No reseller can guarantee account safety when game modifications are involved.
What if a product gets detected?
Detections are a known risk of game modifications. Check the live status page before you play. Refunds are not issued for detections after a product worked at the time of sale.
